We're shipping out daily M-F from a 3rd party warehouse in Van Nuys, CA. Most orders ship out same business day if placed before 2 PM PST.
Because we have inventory in Amazon's fulfillment centers in several states we are required to collect sales tax in those states. If your company/organization is exempt from sales tax then please first create an account then email the sales tax exempt certificate to sales at dmxprosales.com and we'll update your account to not collect sales tax. Sorry about the inconvenience.
Orders totaling $99 or more of most products are eligible for our free economy shipping. We're also offering a discounted economy shipment at $3 for orders less than $99.
Standard shipment is available via UPS, FedEx and USPS using calculated rates based on product weight and dimensions. We strive to make sure all shipping rates are accurate and offered at-cost. Please let us know if you find any inconsistencies.
All our products are available to customers in any country, however we're only able to offer the free and discounted economy shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Normal rates apply to all other places. Customers outside USA are responsible for local customs and duty, we are currently only shipping from the US. Also most carriers will charge a brokerage fee on top of the taxes, please be aware of those and unfortunately we don't have any insights into what those fees are.
We offer local pickup at our contracted warehouse in Van Nuys. Their address is 15125 Raymer Street, Van Nuys, CA 91405. Note that we don't have any employees there, they are only able to handle pickup orders placed on this website. Typically it takes about an hour for them to make an order available for pickup.
